SINEWAVE
ABSTRACT
Sinewave is an audio synth conference that promotes the latest tech in the music industry to fans and music artists all over the world. This annual conference focuses on the most popular instrument in history, the synthesizer. Synthesizers are used for the composition of electronic music and in live performances which are used by most producers and musicians in almost any genre. These instruments are capable of producing sounds far beyond the range and versatility of conventional musical instruments.

LOVE FOR MUSIC
I created this custom type from scratch, for the Sinewave logo. The goal was to successfully deliver a retro look and feel to the brand. It started with one shape, which led to the formation of different letters from that shape. After researching past and current popular brands in the music industry, I came to the conclusion that most brands consisted of word marks. Customizing this logo from scratch was essential to the overall brand. In addition I implemented a wave of bright, neon like colors that were inspired from retro wave music posters to communicate a vibrant aesthetic.
